QUAD LASER HAIR REMOVAL
High Power, Advanced Cooling, Targeted Results
WHAT IS LASER HAIR REMOVAL
Laser hair removal is a non-invasive treatment that uses concentrated light energy to target and destroy hair follicles, significantly reducing hair growth over time. The laser emits a specific wavelength of light that is absorbed by the pigment (melanin) in the hair, safely damaging the follicle without harming the surrounding skin.
The treatment is effective on most areas of the body, including the face, underarms, arms, legs, bikini area, chest, and back. It offers a long-term solution for unwanted hair, reducing the need for shaving, waxing, or plucking.
After completing the initial series of laser hair removal, maintenance sessions are typically needed every 6 to 12 months, although some people may need one every 3 to 6 months or only once a year. The exact frequency depends on individual factors like hair growth cycles, hair type, and hormonal changes.
MACHINE DESCRIPTION
Our advanced, cutting-edge 4-wavelength laser hair removal system represents the latest innovation in permanent hair reduction. By combining 755nm, 808nm, 940nm, and 1064nm wavelengths, it delivers precision at multiple depths of the follicle, ensuring safe and effective results for virtually all skin tones and hair types. The system’s high power output allows for faster sessions with superior coverage, while its focused laser technology maximises efficiency and treatment accuracy. Integrated with an advanced TEC cooling system, the device continuously regulates skin temperature, providing exceptional comfort, minimising the risk of irritation, and allowing higher energy delivery without compromising safety. This unique combination of power, precision, and comfort makes treatments not only highly effective but also smooth, safe, and virtually pain-free.

PRE TREATMENT ADVICE
To prepare for your laser hair removal session at Aesthetic Ace Clinic, please follow the guidelines below:
-
4 weeks before treatment: Do not wax, pluck, thread, epilate or use hair removal creams. Shaving only.
-
2 weeks before treatment: Avoid all sun exposure, sunbeds and fake tan on the area to be treated.
-
5–7 days before treatment: Stop using active skincare in the area, including retinol, glycolic acid, salicylic acid, and exfoliating products.
-
24 hours before treatment: Shave the area being treated. Do not shave on the same day, as this can cause irritation.

FAQs
How many sessions will I need? Most clients require between 6 to 8 sessions for optimal results. After completing the initial series of laser hair removal, maintenance sessions are typically needed every 6 to 12 months, although some people may need one every 3 to 6 months or only once a year. The exact frequency depends on individual factors like hair growth cycles, hair type, and hormonal changes.
Does laser hair removal hurt? Most clients describe the sensation as a quick, warm flick—similar to an elastic band snapping against the skin. Any discomfort is brief and typically well tolerated. Cooling technology is used during treatment to reduce sensitivity.
Is there any downtime? No. You can return to most daily activities immediately after treatment. The skin may appear slightly red or feel warm, similar to mild sunburn, for a few hours.
Is laser hair removal safe for all skin types? Yes, with the correct technology. We use medical-grade lasers that are safe for most skin tones. A consultation is essential to assess suitability.
Can I have laser if I’m pregnant or breastfeeding? Laser hair removal is not recommended during pregnancy. There is limited research on safety during breastfeeding, so treatment is usually postponed.
Can I shave between sessions? Yes. Shaving is allowed and encouraged before each appointment, but waxing, plucking or threading should be avoided as they remove the hair follicle the laser targets.
What should I avoid before and after treatment? • Avoid sun exposure, fake tan, and tanning beds for at least 2 weeks before and after • Avoid using active skincare (e.g. retinoids, acids) on the area before treatment • Avoid heat (hot showers, saunas, steam rooms, intense exercise) for 24–48 hours after
Will the hair grow back? Laser hair removal reduces the number of growing hairs significantly and permanently. Some hair may regrow over time due to hormones, but it will typically be finer and lighter. Maintenance sessions may be needed.
