TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Terms & Conditions apply to all appointments, consultations, treatments, products and services provided by Aesthetic Ace Clinic.

By booking an appointment, purchasing a treatment or product, or using our website and online booking system, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Our treatments are provided by appropriately trained and qualified practitioners. All treatments are subject to an individual assessment to determine suitability.

APPOINTMENT AND BOOKINGS

Appointments can be booked through our online booking system or directly with the clinic.

When making a booking, you are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information, including your contact details and relevant medical information.

Some treatments require a consultation before treatment can be carried out. A consultation does not guarantee that treatment will be recommended or performed.

We reserve the right to postpone or decline treatment where we consider it unsuitable or where it would not be appropriate to proceed safely.

CONSULTATIONS AND DEPOSITS

Consultations are charged at £50.

The £50 consultation deposit is non-refundable but can be redeemed against any treatment booked with the clinic, either on the day of the consultation or at a later date within two months of the consultation.

If treatment is not booked or undertaken within two months, the £50 deposit will be retained as the consultation fee.

The consultation deposit is not transferable to another person.

CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING

Appointments can be rescheduled through our online booking system provided at least 48 hours' notice is given.

Where an appointment is rescheduled with the required notice, the deposit can be transferred to the new appointment.

If an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours' notice, or you fail to attend your appointment, the deposit will be lost.

If exceptional circumstances arise within 48 hours of your appointment, please contact the clinic as soon as possible so that we can discuss the situation.

TREATMENT SUITABILITY

All treatments are subject to a consultation and clinical assessment where appropriate.

We reserve the right to refuse or postpone treatment if:

The treatment is not considered clinically appropriate
There are medical or other contraindications
Required medical information has not been provided
The practitioner has concerns about proceeding safely
The patient is not suitable for the treatment at that time

A consultation and payment for an appointment does not guarantee that a particular treatment will be carried out.

Where treatment cannot safely be provided, alternative options may be discussed where appropriate.

MEDICAL INFORMATION AND PATIENT RESPONSIBILITY

You must provide accurate and complete information about your medical history, medications, allergies, previous treatments and any other information that may be relevant to your treatment.

You must inform us of any changes to your medical circumstances before treatment.

Failure to provide relevant or accurate information may affect your suitability for treatment and may increase the risk of complications.

You should follow all pre-treatment and aftercare advice provided by the clinic.

TREATMENT RESULTS AND EXPECTATIONS

Aesthetic treatments can produce different results for different individuals.

While we aim to provide safe, high-quality treatment and achieve the best possible outcome, we cannot guarantee a specific result.

Factors including individual anatomy, skin condition, lifestyle, age, medical history and response to treatment can affect results.

Some treatments may require more than one session or maintenance treatments to achieve or maintain the desired result.

TREATMENT AFTERCARE

Patients are responsible for following the aftercare instructions provided following treatment.

If you experience any concerns or unexpected symptoms following treatment, you should contact the clinic as soon as possible.

Where appropriate, you may be advised to seek medical attention or emergency care.

PAYMENTS

Payment is required in accordance with the prices displayed at the time of booking or purchase.

Treatment prices may change from time to time. The applicable price will be confirmed at the time of booking.

Any outstanding balance must be paid before or at the time of treatment unless an alternative arrangement has been agreed with the clinic.

REFUNDS

Consultation fees and deposits are subject to the terms set out above.

We do not provide refunds for consultations that have already taken place or for treatments that have already been completed.

Where a refund is agreed in exceptional circumstances, any applicable payment processing fees may be deducted from the refund.

A 4.08% payment processing fee applies to the original transaction and refund transaction where applicable.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights.

SKINCARE PRODUCTS

Skincare products are non-refundable once purchased.

Please ensure you are happy with your product selection before making payment. We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on skincare products once purchased.

Where a product is supplied as part of a treatment plan, our practitioners may recommend products based on your individual needs and skin type.

You should follow the instructions provided when using skincare products and contact the clinic if you have concerns about a product.

PRESCRIPTION AND CLINICALLY CONTROLLED TREATMENTS

Certain treatments and products may require a consultation, clinical assessment or prescription before they can be provided.

The decision to prescribe or provide a treatment is a clinical decision and cannot be guaranteed simply because an appointment has been booked or payment has been made.

PHOTOGRAPHS

Photographs will be taken before, during or after treatment where appropriate for clinical assessment, treatment planning and monitoring progress.

Clinical photographs will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Photographs will not be used for advertising, social media or other promotional purposes without appropriate consent.

VOUCHERS AND PROMOTIONAL OFFERS

Any gift vouchers, discounts or promotional offers are subject to the specific terms provided at the time of purchase.

Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers cannot be combined with other discounts or offers.

Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash and may be subject to an expiry date.

CLINIC POLICIES AND PROFESSIONAL STANDARDS

Aesthetic Ace Clinic is committed to providing a professional, safe and respectful environment for patients and staff.

We expect all patients and visitors to treat our team with respect.

Children are not permitted in the clinic. Please do not bring children with you to your appointment.

We reserve the right to refuse treatment or future bookings where behaviour is abusive, threatening, discriminatory or otherwise inappropriate.

WEBSITE AND ONLINE BOOKINGS

We aim to ensure that the information on our website is accurate and up to date. However, treatment information, availability and prices may change without notice.

Website information is provided for general information and should not be considered a substitute for an individual consultation or medical assessment.

Online booking availability is subject to change.

PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION

We collect and process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable UK data protection legislation.

By booking an appointment or using our services, you acknowledge that your information will be processed as necessary to manage your appointment, provide treatment, maintain clinical records and meet our legal and professional obligations.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to our services, policies or legal requirements.
